Finally Mommy was able to get a bow to stay in my hair. As you can see I really am not sure I like having a bow in my hair. Daddy is worried that I may pull out the few hairs that are keeping this bow in when I decide I don't want it in my hair any longer.

Zachary's First Day Of Kindergarten!
This is Zachary's classroom. The first day of school all of the parents were invited to come into the room while Mrs. Whalen read the book "The Kissing Hand". That day the children were all allowed to bring a friend with them to school. Buzz had to be there for Zachary's first day. When the story had ended Mrs. Whalen had all of the children line up in front of her and she asked each one "who is here with you?" then she handed them a Hersey Kiss for each person and told the child to give us a kiss and say goodbye. At that moment it would have been really easy for me to start crying and never let Zachary go but, being the strong mother that I am I gave him a hug and kiss goodbye and hurried out off the school where I then began to cry.
That afternoon I picked Zachary up from school. He decided that after his first day of kindergarten he would like to have Subway at Aunie M's pool. On our way over to the pool he was sitting in the back sit and he says "Mommy this has been the best day ever." That just made me smile. If I have to let him grow up at least he is enjoying every minute.
This is the first and last time I was allowed to walk Zackary up to the flag pole where all the kids line up in the morning. It is not because the school doesn't want parents to walk their children up to the flag pole it is because the second day of school Zachary decided he would like to do "Kiss and Go". Which is when you drive up to the sidewalk outside of school the child jumps out and holds the teachers hand to cross the street and lines up at the flag pole with all the other children. As you can guess I immediately called David in tears saying "I do not like this school thing" I felt the second day was much harder than the first for poor old Mommy.

Today was a big day for Mr. Zachary. It started with Zachary going to see Mrs. Whalen who is his Kindergarten teacher. She told him he is ready to start school. Then about an hour ago he decided that he was ready for me to pull out his first loose tooth. He has been working on it since yesterday morning. At 5:30am Sunday morning he came down to my room all excited he had a loose tooth.
I was just adjusting to the fact he was going to be going to kindergarten and now it has really hit me that he is growing up. He is losing his baby teeth. As much as I would like to freeze time right here, I know we are about to start a whole new adventure with him. He is so excited for Wednesday to get here. That is his actual first day of school.
